Pre-spring auctions are exceeding expectations and setting new records again. This along with massive sales generated in the private sector continues to support a solid fine art market that is not effected by the recent turmoil of the financial markets.
Warhol has surpassed Picasso for sales this year. In addition, the 200% increase in value across the board continues to be fueled by an insatiable demand for excellent conditioned work.
